Lamar has spent over 25 years building, funding, and advising businesses across North America. He founded PFG to close the gap between owners and the financing options that actually exist for them; over $3 billion in funding later, the gap is still the job.

He writes regularly for Elite Franchise Magazine and speaks at industry events on business financing and franchise growth.

Mandeep Sahi

Managing Director, PMG Accounting

Mandeep is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA Ontario) who has led PMG for over a decade, building the accounting division from the ground up. Her team runs the books, payroll, tax, and the 1,200 plus CPA business plans the financing side is built on.

Multiple franchise brands across North America name PMG their official accounting partner and send their franchisees directly to her team.

How We Charge

You pay us. Lenders never do.

Owners are right to be suspicious of intermediaries: the internet is full of warnings about brokers taking cuts from lenders, steering files for commissions, and charging fees up front for nothing. The cleanest answer we can give is our own structure, in writing, before you ask.

Placement pays on funding

Financing work runs on a success fee: you pay us, mostly when the funding lands. A file that never funds costs you no placement fee, which is also why we tell you early when a file cannot fund.

Lenders pay us nothing

Not commissions, not referral spreads, nothing. No lender can buy our recommendation, and the desk your file goes to is chosen on fit alone.

Advisory and accounting are quoted up front

Plans, CFO work, setup, and PMG’s accounting services are scoped and priced before work starts. No meters running quietly in the background.

Reaching out does not put your file in circulation. Nothing leaves this firm until you authorize an application, and no list ever gets sold.

The structure has a side effect worth naming: because placement only pays when funding lands, we cannot afford to bet months on files that cannot fund. That is why every engagement starts with an honest read of the file, and why not-yet is an answer we actually give.
