Who We Share It With
We share your information with lenders only as part of a financing application that you authorize. We share it with PMG Accounting, our affiliated accounting arm, when you engage accounting services or when financial information is necessary for advisory work. We share it with service providers who help us deliver our services, including our contact form vendor and web hosting provider. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
How We Protect It
We maintain reasonable safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, and destruction. Our website uses standard encryption for data transmission. Financial information is stored securely and accessed only by staff who need it to serve you.
How Long We Keep It
We retain your information for as long as you are a client, plus seven years afterward, to comply with accounting and tax requirements. Inquiry information from our contact form is retained for two years unless you request deletion.
